1. What we collect
We collect the information you submit through our contact form and the free Lead Leak Report: your name, business name, email, phone (if provided), industry, what you're interested in, and any optional message. When you run the Lead Leak Report, we also collect the answers you provide about your business and the diagnostic results those answers produce.
2. How we use it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, recommend a plan or add-on, and follow up using the contact details you provided. We do not sell your information. You can ask us to delete your data at any time at josh@1clicksystems.co.
3. Vendors and third parties
Form submissions and the Lead Leak Report pass through our CRM and, where configured, our calendar booking provider. These vendors process data on our behalf to deliver the service; they do not own your data. Specific vendor names and data-processing terms are confirmed in your service agreement.
4. Marketing consent
Marketing SMS consent is optional and separate from submitting an inquiry. It is never prechecked and is never a condition of contacting us. If you opt in, you can reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing sequence.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site may use essential cookies and, where an analytics integration is configured, analytics to understand how pages are used. Analytics tracks aggregate page behavior only — it does not receive your form personal information. No PII from submitted forms is sent to analytics.
6. Retention
We retain inquiry and Lead Leak Report data for as long as needed to respond to you and for the period required by your service agreement. You can request deletion at any time at josh@1clicksystems.co.
