1. Website use vs. service scope
These terms govern your use of this website only. Any paid service — website, lead automation, AI phone answering or add-ons — is covered by a separate, signed service agreement that supersedes anything on this site. The plans described here are an overview, not a binding service contract.
2. Plans and pricing
Current plans are Smart Website ($197/month), Lead System ($297/month), and AI Front Desk ($497/month plus usage). Usage charges and any setup requirements are confirmed before activation. Setup fees, minimum terms, cancellation terms, page counts, revision allowances and launch timelines are confirmed in your service agreement, not on this site.
3. No guarantees
1Click Systems does not guarantee revenue, jobs, bookings, appointments, response rates, or search rankings. Estimates and examples shown on this site are illustrative, not guarantees of results. Whether an additional job pays for the service depends on your margin and job value.
4. Third-party dependencies
The service depends on third parties for hosting, CRM, telephony, SMS and email delivery, and calendar booking. Carrier approval, message delivery and third-party availability are outside our control. AI features rely on approved business information and are not an emergency dispatch service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, submit false information through our forms, or attempt to disrupt the site or its integrations. The Lead Leak Report produces illustrative estimates from the answers you provide and is not a measurement of your business.
